Gareth earnt himself a yellow card from the FA for using a picture of England boss Gareth Southgate in a twitter post urging people to contact their MPs to support his Peoples Vote bill in Parliament.

Gareth commented on the telling off saying:

“The image on my Twitter was only meant as a bit of fun to promote my People’s Vote Bill this Friday. But the FA weren’t happy with it so we took it down immediately. We don’t want to tease the FA.”
